A well known word game

In honour of Patrick's recent comment, I would like to begin a game with my readers.  Here is a board:

 You may well recognise the board game on which it is based.  Now, I have written a simple computer program to randomly put letters, seven at a time, into each of two files.  Using one of those files, I will make words on the board, alternating with my readers as a team using the other file.  If you want to be part of this game, let me know, and I will put you on the list to be emailed this file every time it is updated.

Scoring is based on the following values:

A 1; B 3; C 3; D 2; E 1; F 4; G 2; H 4; I 1; J 8; K 5; L 1; M 3; N 1; O 1; P 3; Q 10; R 1; S 1; T 1; U 1; V 4; W 4; X 8; Y 4; Z 10.

A light blue space doubles the score of the letter placed on it (but only on the turn on which it is placed), dark blue triples it, pink doubles the whole word score, red triples it.

To place a word, post it, with enough information to allow me to easily work out where you want to put it, and the score it earns, as a comment.  Multiple suggestions are allowed: I will use the highest scoring suggestion.
